Privacy

Short version: we only have what you choose to type into the survey on the homepage, we don't track you, and we don't sell or share it.

What's collected

Only what you volunteer in the survey: the kind of business you run, a rough monthly cost estimate, how urgent it feels, whatever you write in the free-text field, and your email if you choose to give it. Every field is optional except the business type. Nothing is collected if you never open the survey.

While you're filling it out

An unfinished draft is saved in your own browser (not sent anywhere) so you can close the page and pick up where you left off later. Submitting it, or closing it with nothing filled in, clears that local draft.

No tracking

This site loads no third-party analytics, ad pixels, or trackers of any kind. That's not just a promise — the page's own security policy (Content-Security-Policy) technically blocks anything from loading that isn't served directly from barrowridge.com.

What happens after you submit

Your answers are stored in a private database, used only to follow up with you about what you described and to notice patterns across submissions — which kinds of problems come up, and how often. A daily internal summary of new submissions is emailed to the founder through Resend, a transactional email provider — that's the one outside party your information passes through, solely to reach us, never for its own use. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Removing your information

Email hello@barrowridge.com and ask — we'll remove your submission.
